Telling the time

 WALT tell the time o'clock and half past.

I did  the time booklet very well it did take a day or so. I found the time slide a bit tricky. I can try to do the time slide and the time booklet a bit faster.

WALT solve word problems using different strategies.

Rounding and compensating

1. WALT solve addition equations using the rounding and compensating strategy.
2. I would like to extend myself by using bigger numbers. I enjoy rounding and Compensating because it is the best strategy to use when you are working with bigger numbers. I found doing numbers in the thousands place tricky. I can extend myself by more practice.

WALT rounding to 10s,100s and 1000s.

I am learning to round to 10s, 100 and 1000 using my class site, Mathletics and maths buddy.
